Order Processing

All products sold by Xposure Photo Art are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow up to 5 business days for production, processing, and quality control before your order is shipped.

Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

 

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Printful Products

Certain products are fulfilled through our production partner and may have separate shipping rates:

·      T-Shirts: $4.75 USD Flat Rate

·      Medium Metal Prints: $13.99 USD Flat Rate

·      Mugs (11 oz) & Tumblers: $6.49 USD Flat Rate

·      Eligible Free Shipping Products: Free Shipping

 

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Please note that total delivery time includes both processing and shipping.

Typical delivery estimates are:

·      Standard Shipping: Approximately 8–9 business days (5 business days processing + 3–4 business days shipping)

·      Economy Shipping: Approximately 10–13 business days (5 business days processing + 5–8 business days shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Xposure Photo Art is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control. While we will do our best to assist, Xposure Photo Art is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries after shipment has been confirmed by the carrier.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will help you work with the carrier to resolve the matter.
